Suitable safe parking areas they need being supplied for our installers. If is a permit area parking permit has to be provided.
Labour costs are not refundable.
Weather conditions like very strong wind or heavy snow/rain may cause reschedule of your appointment.
Pre and post checks:
Our installer will check the vehicle before and after the installation, and we may ask you to agree on that. We advise the customer checks the vehicle with the installer before and after the installation, any faults or problems with the vehicle must be raised and discussed with the installer before he leaves. If the customer fails to inspect the vehicle once the job has been completed, then this invalidates any possible claims to the installer or Cambridge Parking Sensors.
Quoting and Pricing:
Any prices quoted may be subject to change when additional parts or labour are required.
Quotes are subject to change according to your location.
All quotes given are available for 14 days do to price volatility.
If we don’t receive the full address in 24h after the pre booking was made we won’t book you.
In some cases a Callout Charge may apply.
In a rare case of a product not working when installed and deposit was paid, will be refunded in full. Any problems/errors occured after removing the part we can’t be held responsible.
Quotes with discount are available only 24h.

Warranty:
All products come with 1 or 2 years warranty. Fault is when a component fails, it is not if an item breaks or falls apart for this it would be deemed a manufacturer query and we can help you resolve this.
Changes, Modifications & further damage caused to items by your own doing are not covered under warranty. Please do not attempt to repair or change an item from its delivered state as this will void warranty!

As per our terms and conditions, Cambridge Parking Sensors reserves the right to refuse to provide warranty to our customers if we feel it is not appropriate to do so. We will not make this decision lightly and our reasoning for declining a warranty replacement will be detailed to the affected customer.
When a deposit is required and if not paid within 24h booking is not made.
In the case a problem with the car occurs during installation of parking sensors or reverse camera, Cambridge Parking Sensors, will remove whatever fitted and will ask customer for written proof from an authorised approved manufacturer repair shop showing the problem occured was caused by us. If proof not provided we cannot be held responsible for the damage claimed.
When a deposit is paid and the customer decides to cancel the job, the deposit is not refundable
Customers who take to social media & leave negative reviews to slander Cambridge Parking Sensors products and reputation may not be eligible for a warranty claim, especially where the opportunity to resolve the issue was not first allowed.
In a rare case of a product failing you need to give us 2 weeks amount of time ( 14 days under UK law. ) to get the warranty replacement fitted. A receipt will have to be provided upon request to proceed further.
Blocked sensors can prevent the system functioning correctly. Make sure that the sensors are not covered in mud, snow or ice for example.
Heavy rain may cause the sensors to function incorrectly as they work based on electromagnetic signals.
Heavy car washing may affect the paint colour.
Warranty is not transferable between buyers.
Warranty applies where the service was provided.
We reserve the right to charge 20% restocking and refund processing fee and £45 per hour fee to remove any parts in case the customer decides to cancel the job finished or changes his mind after the job was completed.
If parts supplied by us didn’t work or fit correctly we will try everything to make it work. By law we have the right to offer this and if customer decides not to have this corrected a fee of £45 per hour will be charged to remove parts fitted.
We are responsible for the equipment supplied by us to be installed correctly and working correctly.
We are not responsible for non-compatibility with any item that is not supplied by ourselves.
We do not offer warranty or refunds for non-compatibility.
We don’t offer warranty or guarantee on the products not supplied by us.
Colour code painting:
Whilst we make every effort to ensure we perfectly match the existing paint code, we cannot guarantee a 100% colour match. We can not be held responsible for any paint variations due to multiple variants of a particular colour code by the manufacturer or by outside influences including but not limited to atmospheric conditions, chemicals or 3rd party influence. Sensor heads will be painted with the information supplied by the customer or their agents. We cannot be held be responsible for incorrect information supplied by the vehicle manufacturer or the customer.

All works provided by Cambridge Parking Sensors are supplied with a 1 (one) year guarantee. All the parts we use and offer are either brand new or refurbished and come with a 1 year parts warranty unless otherwise stated. All 3rd party / aftermarket products come with a 12 (twelve) month warranty unless otherwise stated. All warranty work is return to base only, this is subject to flexibility and may require a waiting time of 2 to 5 weeks. For any warranty claim we will require an email with the invoice number or the vehicle registration and date of supply or installation. We will also require a description of the fault and a valid contact telephone number. Any supplied warranty will be invalidated should any 3rd party attempt a fix or repair to the faulty part / component. All genuine VW, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, Bentley and Lamborghini retrofit parts will not invalidate your vehicle warranty. All genuine VW, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, Bentley and Lamborghini retrofit installations will not invalidate your vehicle warranty. We recommend that you inform your dealership of any works carried out by us prior to any and all warranty claims and produce the invoice supplied via Cambridge Parking Sensors. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with any purchase or any service we reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee to process a refund. In the event a customer has supplied incorrect or faulty parts for a security enabled components and component protection service / install, we reserve the right to charge a £65.00 booking fee. We reserve the right to charge labour at a rate of £65.00 per hour for the full amount of time spent if the supplied part or component is found to be faulty, stolen or cannot be fitted / installed for any other reason beyond the control of Cambridge Parking Sensors.
